2. Quotes and Bookings

Any quote provided through the contact form, WhatsApp or telephone is indicative until it has been validated by our team following a site visit or detailed assessment of the property.

Services will be considered booked once written confirmation has been given (by email or WhatsApp) and the agreed frequency and price conditions have been accepted.

3. Client Obligations

For the correct performance of the work, the client undertakes to:

• Provide safe access to the property on the agreed days and at the agreed times.
• Report any technical particularity or risk (pets, electrical systems, delicate pipework).
• Keep payments up to date in accordance with the agreed arrangement (monthly, one-off or per project).

4. Service Guarantee

At Mantenimientos NL we work with high-quality machinery and staff with over 8 years of experience. We are committed to carrying out all tasks in a professional and honest manner. In the event of dissatisfaction with a specific piece of work, the client must notify us within 48 hours so that we can assess the situation and make it right.

5. Website Use

The user undertakes not to use this website for unlawful purposes or purposes that could damage the reputation of Mantenimientos NL. The total or partial reproduction of images from our gallery without prior authorisation is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mantenimientos NL shall not be liable for damage arising from causes beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, pre-existing pests that were not reported, or deficiencies in irrigation or pool installations not attributable to our maintenance.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Málaga.
